I know it can be extremely difficult to find a counsellor. So, let me tell you about myself.

I am a social worker that has been in practice for about fifteen years. I operate out of my home and work in the evenings. I share my house with husband of almost forty years, our German shepherd and sometimes our two grandchildren. I practice person centered therapy. Which means that you control the session. We will talk about what you want to talk about. You tell me if something is off limits. If you think you might be comfortable with me, I offer a casual meet and greet for fifteen minutes free of charge.
